Redwood City, CA — November 20, 2015 — Instaclustr, a company delivering hosted and managed data infrastructure services, today announced an extension of the company’s existing partnership with DataStax to deliver DataStax Enterprise (DSE) on the Microsoft Azure platform.
Instaclustr’s managed service for DSE, the database platform purpose-built for the performance and availability demands of Internet of Things (IoT), Web and mobile applications, is backed by a 24/7 team of Apache Cassandra experts. The service provides automation for provisioning, configuring, scaling and ongoing management of the database and underlying infrastructure.
Instaclustr CEO, Peter Nichol has been working with DataStax and the Azure team. “We have real world operational experience in helping our customers deploy mission critical applications that must be capable of scaling rapidly and are continuously on, we are here to help DataStax’s enterprise customers achieve success in the cloud on the Azure platform.”
