SLA Tier

The SLA Tier feature, when Creating a New Cluster on the Instaclustr console, is used to classify clusters as either production or non-production.

This flag has no technical impact to the function of the cluster. However, non-production clusters have a lower priority of support for the purpose of SLA’s and pricing for some plans.
Note: developer class nodes are not eligible to be classified as production status.
